1. User information
KIBO STUDIOS ADVERTISING SL, hereinafter the DATA CONTROLLER, is responsible for the processing of the User's personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. Planned operations include:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and related to its products and services. Third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting statistical studies.
- Processing orders, requests or any type of petition made by the user.
- Sending the website newsletter.
Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject.
Data retention criteria: data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and when no longer needed, will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymization or total destruction.
Data communication: Data will not be shared with third parties, except when legally obligated.
User rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of data, and limitation or opposition to processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the User considers that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of information provided
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*), expressly accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request, with the inclusion of data in remaining fields being voluntary.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided is accurate and is responsible for communicating any modifications.
The DATA CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees that personal data will not be transferred to third parties. Whenever any type of transfer is made, prior express, informed and unequivocal consent will be requested.
3. Security measures
The DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data, applying the principles described in Article 5, processing data lawfully, fairly and transparently, adequately, relevantly and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes of processing.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users.
